The Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies (AIATSIS) has an innovative and valuable Online Course developed to strengthen the cultural capability of organisations and their employees.

It consists of 10 Modules covering a broad range of topics focussing on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures, history and society to assist people to enhance their cultural understanding, gain a deeper sense of self-awareness and critical reflection; and enhance their personal and professional capacity to engage respectfully and effectively in an intercultural context.
