Ride Ready Campaign 2018

Ride Ready Campaign 2018

A public communication campaign was developed in 2016 to educate quad bike users and associated parties on vital safety measures and risk mitigation strategies to take.

Posted on 21.05.2018

The Office of Industrial Relations (OIR) is the Queensland Government’s leading agency for quad bike safety, with around 50 per cent of deaths occurring in the work environment.  Queenslanders make up about a quarter of the national quad bike related death toll and had the highest rate of quad bike related hospitalisations in 2009-2013.
A public communication campaign was developed in 2016 to educate quad bike users and associated parties on vital safety measures and risk mitigation strategies to take.
OIR would like to obtain your feedback regarding the effectiveness of this campaign and your attitudes toward quad bike use.   Providing feedback will take only a few minutes of your time and your responses will remain anonymous.
