Camp Somerset is located on 1000 acres of bush land with dam frontage and offers school outdoor education programs, family camping, church/community groups.
Site Location and Environment
- Situated on the Somerset Dam, approximately 1.5 hrs from Brisbane, and 1 hr from Caboolture, Toowoomba and Ipswich.
- Bushland backing on to the Mt Mee State Forest with plenty of water frontage on Somerset Dam.
Accommodation Options and Details
- We can cater from 200 camping to large numbers during major events.
- 13 modern self contained cabins sleeping 8 people in bunk accommodation, with an additional 2 in single beds in a leader’s room.
- Camping available in either a bush or lake setting.

Catering Arrangements
Separate dining/meeting room with commercial kitchen. Self catering available – conditions apply. Contract catering available at reasonable prices!

Cabins are ensuited with showers, handbasins etc. Camping section has an ablution block with showers, toilets and laundry.
