Our blended learning approach combines eLearning with intensive, hands-on training blocks, ensuring you gain practical expertise and real-world experience, in a flexible way.

Our training stands out by preparing you to be an outdoor leader with a high degree of skill and experience, suitable for leading trips in remote and challenging areas. This program provides the training and experience needed to equip you with both the technical and interpersonal skills essential for leading extended journey- based expeditions safely and effectively.

The first section of our program focuses on building core foundational skills essential for every outdoor leader. This includes basic navigation, safety protocols, and team management.

All our students progress to learn critical wilderness first aid techniques and expedition leading skills, preparing you to handle emergencies and effectively manage groups in isolated environments. After mastering the foundational and leadership skills, you can choose to specialise in areas such as paddling, or rock climbing. Each pathway offers intensive training, further enhancing your expertise and employability.
