Our Climb and Abseil Foundations course is designed for new climbers ready to learn the ropes—literally—on real rock in real outdoor environments.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:
- Safely belay and abseil using essential rope techniques.
- Set up basic anchor and top-rope systems.
- Use personal protective equipment with confidence.
- Understand climbing communication and group safety practices.
