Make a bequest to Outdoors Queensland

By leaving a bequest in your will to Outdoors Queensland, you will continue to support the outdoors, the environment and outdoor recreation far into the future. Your support will help ensure that generations of Queenslanders to come will be able to get outside and enjoy the benefits of a healthy outdoor lifestyle.

As Outdoors Queensland will gratefully accept gifts of cash, assets, property or shares, it is important to make your intentions clear when preparing or updating your will. You can choose to leave a set amount of money; a percentage of your estate; or a ‘residual bequest’ – a gift which is provided after the remainder of your estate has been distributed, and all taxes and debts have been settled.

To make a bequest, simply include the following line in your will:

I give [insert amount / gift] to Outdoors Queensland Limited ABN 22 941 079 524 (or its successor) for its general purposes. I declare a general charitable intention and that the receipt of the Treasurer will be a sufficient discharge to my executor.
