Coefficient acts as a bridge between outdoor program providers and freelance staff who are searching for work. The big advantage in working for Coefficient is that we can weave together work from different providers into a work program that fits your needs. Whether you are looking for one day a week or as much work as possible no single outdoor centre can provide the quantity or variety of work that Coefficient can.

Coefficient also looks after our freelance pool by providing rates of pay and conditions that are better than most. We look after workers compensation, insurance, superannuation and contribute towards the cost of keeping your qualifications up to date. We also provide you with a simple and easy to use logbook so that you can keep a solid record of what you have worked and a pay system that makes it easy for you to keep a record of what you have worked and what you have been paid for!

Another unique feature of working for Coefficient is that we can take on an advocacy role for both freelancers and Outdoor providers. If you’re unhappy with a program provider or they are unhappy with you we can facilitate solutions that work for all parties involved.
