Pinnacle Sports is a locally owned, niche climbing and outdoor gear store.
We specialize in equipment for rock climbing, abseiling, high ropes and height safety; recreational training; climbing specific holidays; indoor wall and anchor inspections.
Our shop front is conveniently located in West End and we are also just a click away online. Our staff are climbers and seasoned travelers and are a wealth of local knowledge and experience.
If you are looking to learn further your roping skills or are looking at working in the recreational industry, Pinnacle Sports also runs nationally accredited Top Rope, Abseil, Self Rescue, Vertical Rescue and Outdoor Leader/ Guide courses.
We also run non accredited courses such as adults climbing course and kids climbing programs for those wanting to try climbing and or further their climbing technique or for those who are wishing to learn how to sport lead. (Search Events in What’s On to find current courses)
All our guides are qualified, and we run climbing or abseiling activities throughout South East Queensland, the most popular being Kangaroo Point cliffs and the Glasshouse Mountains. We also run climbing specific holidays to China, Greece and other destinations.
If you require assistance with inspections and installations of artificial climbing walls, challenge courses and anchor installations, our sister company Seima Safety specialises in these areas.
