HumanAbility’s Outdoor Recreation and Leadership Qualification Review is evaluating and updating 4 qualifications to address recent curriculum updates that reflect evolving standards and anticipate future needs within the sector.

Following a systematic investigation of the essential tasks, responsibilities and performance expectations associated with outdoor recreation and leadership roles, a functional analysis report was developed to inform qualification updates.

Draft qualifications will soon be made available for stakeholder review and consultation workshops have been scheduled around the country for online and in person feedback sessions.
