Men’s mental health is a significant concern, with 40% of men not discussing their mental health. Many men feel embarrassed or ashamed to seek help due to societal pressures to appear strong and suppress their emotions. Common issues include loneliness, stress, depression, and anxiety.
It’s important to encourage open conversations and support for men’s mental health.
