2. Train in a working holiday park — 5 days
An immersive practical week covering reception operations, guest service and conflict management, accommodation and housekeeping, grounds and facility maintenance, pool and water quality, WHS and emergency response — simulating the real scenarios park managers face.

3. Walk away recognised
