To better understand habitat connectivity, and what this means for community engagement in conservation.
With habitat fragmentation a growing concern, spatial modelling tools are tightening the gap on understanding connectivity.
Lead by data expert and principal scientist, Dr Andrew Mackey, we’ll be taken on a visual journey of spatial modelling approaches used to better understand habitat connectivity. See firsthand the benefits and gaps in citizen science data, and what this means for threatened species like the Richmond Birdwing Butterfly, and Long-Nosed Potoroos.
