Open to all tourism, hospitality, and related sector professionals

QTIC and The University of Queensland are partnering to develop a Queensland Tourism Workforce Crisis Resilience and Recovery Plan. This project, now in its second year, is funded by the Queensland Government’s Advance Queensland Scheme. After successful focus group consultations across the state, we are now conducting a follow up to the 2021 survey given so much has changed. We are also interested in industry access to, use of, attitudes and experiences with crisis support resources. The survey is open to all tourism and hospitality, and related sector professionals. We invite you to forward the survey to your employees and networks encouraging their participation. The survey takes about 17 minutes to complete. As a key member of our tourism industry we know that your time is valuable. Your opinion is equally valuable to us at QTIC and your input is vital in understanding how to develop a resilient workforce, especially as Queensland begins to gear up for the 2032 Olympic Games! Summaries and findings of the consultations sessions and survey will be shared via QTIC’s channels in the coming weeks. If you require further information please contact, Richard Robinson on 0434 072 049 or email richard.robinson@uq.edu.au.
