A story from ABC News on a new study that suggests as little as 22 minutes of exercise per day might reduce the risk of an early death for people over 50.

Prolonged time spent sitting is linked to a number of health issues including obesity, heart disease, and certain types of cancers. These health issues can contribute to earlier death.
