That’s why Health and Wellbeing Queensland has formed an alliance across government departments, research institutes, health organisations and many other groups to bring together a whole range of (free?) services, programs, activities, resources and challenges that Queenslanders can use to boost their daily activity, healthy eating and wellbeing.

Staying active. It’s not only good for your physical health, it’s essential for your overall wellbeing. So don’t think staying at home means staying still. As Queenslanders, we love our food and drink. But now’s not the time to slip into bad habits. In fact, eating and drinking well is just the boost our health needs right now. For recipes, tips, ideas and articles to help make eating well at home easy, fun and tasty for you and your family, just start searching.

In uncertain times, looking after your wellbeing is one of the most important things you can do. Making time to boost your wellbeing is a positive way to face changes, particularly if your work situation has changed.
