The former Camp Koongamoon site
Seqwater is asking for Expressions of Interest / proposals from organisations interested in developing activities and usage of the former Camp Koongamoon site – at Ewen Maddock Dam.
If a proposal meets all the requirements outlined in the documents package, then Seqwater, at its discretion may move to a tender phase.
It should also be noted that proposals must accept the ‘as is’ condition of the site and that any improvements required are at the cost of the proponent as there is no financial backing by Seqwater.
