New Wangetti Trail alignment is bigger and better than anticipated
The proposed Wangetti Trail could be 15 kilometres longer than first expected following detailed planning and engineering work on the proposed world-class ecotourism experience in Tropical North Queensland.
“The original track was 76 km, with an extra 15 km available for keen hikers and mountain bike riders. The Wangetti Trail’s new alignment is now 94 km. The refined trail includes bridges, 5 campsites and has links to Ellis and Wangetti beaches.”
