A new story from the ABC about an exciting development in Toowoomba – Queensland’s first “Safe Active Street” which prioritises cyclists, allowing them to ride in the centre of the road. A 30-kilometre-per-hour speed limit on Pierce St applies to all vehicles: cars, bicycles, electric bikes, and scooters.
