Gold Coast council approves lease for e-motorbike track in Reedy Creek
The Gold Coast council has voted to lease land to an e-motorbike club for a ride park, which the club says will help curb illegal road riding.
But opposition remains over safety concerns and fears the park will “reward the use” of e-motorbikes.
The park’s proponents will have to submit an application to redevelop the site before final approval.
