OCA BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Outdoor Council of Australia (OCA) is pleased to announce the appointment of its Board for 2026 following its Annual General Meeting on Friday 28 November 2025.

Lori Modde has been elected Chair, with Andrew Knight appointed as Deputy Chair. They are joined by Directors Graeme Janes, Dr David Hills, Dr Kelsie Prabawa-Sear, Carol Giuseppi, Meredith Kelly and Daniel Waters—bringing together a strong mix of experience across outdoor recreation, education, industry development and governance. This Board will oversee the continued implementation of national priorities and strengthen the OCA’s role as the peak body representing outdoor organisations across Australia.

The AGM also acknowledged the departure of Director Neil Le Febvre, who leaves the Board after his 12-month tenure as Chair, with proactive and strategic leadership. During his tenure, Neil played a key role in progressing the AAAS Review Project and leading the review of the OCA Strategic Plan, culminating in the establishment of the new 2025–2028 Strategic Plan. His contribution has been greatly valued, and the OCA extends its sincere thanks for his dedication and thoughtful guidance over the past year.
