New ABC News article about the benefits of walking and how to maximise the health returns from a regular ‘walking for exercise’ regime.

“The World Health Organisation recommends 150–300 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise — such as brisk walking, cycling and swimming — per week and muscle strengthening twice a week.”
