Hello!

I’m an industry professional with years of experience in outdoor education in the UK and China.

I’ve most recently been working as a paddle instructor off the coast of Cairns, a job which I have enjoyed very much but has, unfortunately, come to a close due to the employer’s financial struggles.

I have previously held Paddle Instructor and Paddle Rescue qualifications and also hold a British Fencing Instructor qualification along with current, aussie first aid.

I am also very experienced and enthusiastic about rope-work in a professional capacity, although all qualifications were in-house with previous employers.

I am currently looking for work as an outdoor instructor in the Cairns area and can happily cover a wide range of activities, including (but not limited to) ropes-based, paddle-based, archery, fencing and orienteering.

I do not have a current driver’s license, as I did not complete my licence before travelling over but can happily walk, cycle and take public transport to wherever required.
