Congratulations to this year's recipients!
Tourism and Events Queensland’s official stamp of excellence is being proudly promoted here, there and everywhere, and we couldn’t be prouder.
The industry’s highly sought-after recognition has been awarded to more than 2,000 deserving operators. Releasing the 2025 results, Tourism Minister Andrew Powell acknowledged the exceptional standard that operators were required to meet.
“Carrying the industry’s Best of Queensland Experience stamp is a significant achievement. Operators who have secured this have gone above and beyond to offer an all-round outstanding experience for visitors to our great state,” Minister Powell said.
2025 BOQEP recipients include tourism operators from all 13 tourism regions in the state across accommodation, attractions, food and drink, hire, tour, transport and general services.
The Best of Queensland Experiences in 2025 have been named and an impressive 534 recipients received perfect scores of 100/100 points while 84 operators received a perfect Review Pro Global Review Index (GRI) score of 100.
Results show that the BOQEP continues to encourage improvement across the industry. Notably, the number of operators offering an online booking platform has more than doubled in the past five years from 1,671 to 3,438.
“This significant uptake in tourism capability shows the importance of the BOQE program in setting best practice criteria for businesses to strive towards,” TEQ CEO Craig Davidson said.
“Having an online platform enabling customers to book directly and receive instant confirmation is a vital part of the customer experience journey that the program has successfully guided businesses towards.”
