2032 Workforce Legacy Survey

The Active Queenslanders Industry Alliance (AQIA), the Industry Skills and Jobs Advisor for the fitness, sport and recreation industry in Queensland, is seeking your feedback on what you expect the skills, training and workforce issues will be leading up to the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games and other major sporting events in Queensland.

Your feedback will help identify current workforce challenges, future workforce needs and priority actions to ensure the industry is well positioned to maximise the opportunities presented by the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games and leave a lasting legacy for our workforce.

The information gathered in the survey will be used to inform government of what and where the workforce priorities are. It will also be used to update the 2024 ten year Active Industry Workforce Plan.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Closing date is 20 November 2026.
