MPIO, child safe environments and complaints handling

The Department of Tourism, Innovation and Sport is pleased to be offering a series of Virtual Workshops to assist organisations understand their roles and responsibilities regarding member protection, child safe environments and the complaints handling process.

All sessions will be hosted by Morgan Lander, a specialist in risk management whose work focuses on pro-active education and training, providing the sport and recreation sector with the education and skills they require to navigate a myriad of issues and reduce risk of harm to stakeholders.
