South Bank Master Plan

Future improvements - have your say!

Posted on 03.11.2022

More than thirty years on from World Expo ’88, South Bank continues to be one of Queensland’s most iconic destinations, and a globally recognised riverside precinct.

South Bank Corporation has released its draft master plan and long-term vision for South Bank and they want you to have your say.

Vision ideas to guide the evolution of South Bank

The plan proposes seven vision ideas to reimagine South Bank and help guide its evolution. These ideas span the Clem Jones Promenade, Parkland Core, Grey Street, Little Stanley Street, Glenelg Street, Northern gateway (Cultural Forecourt) and Southern Gateway (Maritime precinct).

Community feedback has helped to shape the draft master plan.

The plan protects what people love and identifies opportunities and ideas for the future. Have your say on the future of South Bank to ensure it remains one of Queensland’s most-loved destinations.

Complete the survey by midnight 14 December 2022.
