2023 NAIDOC Week Award Nominations

The National NAIDOC Committee warmly invites nominations for the 2023 National NAIDOC Week Awards.

The annual National NAIDOC Week Awards Ceremony is a celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ outstanding achievements and excellence. The Awards Ceremony allows us to pay tribute to our people’s achievements whilst also acknowledging that their work enriches both our communities and this nation.

Nominations for awards in the following ten categories are now open:

  • 2023 National NAIDOC Person Award
  • 2023 National NAIDOC Lifetime Achievement Award
  • 2023 National NAIDOC Female Elder Award
  • 2023 National NAIDOC Male Elder Award
  • 2023 National NAIDOC Sportsperson Award
  • 2023 National NAIDOC Youth Award
  • 2023 National NAIDOC Creative Talent Award
  • 2023 National NAIDOC Caring for Country and Culture Award
  • 2023 National NAIDOC Education Award
  • 2023 National NAIDOC Innovation Award

Award nominations close Friday 3 March 2023 at 8:00pm (AEDT).
