Dragon Boat QLD needs Volunteers

VOLUNTEERS needed for DBQ State Championships & the Australian Dragon Boat Championships at Kawana

Dragon Boat Queensland will have a very busy 2018 with both the State and national Championships being held in Queensland.

These two events will be very challenging so volunteers are need to help at either event (or both)

DBQ State Championships

February 17, 18

Australian Dragon Boat Championships

March 3-9
Lake Kawana, Sunshine Coast (see on Google Maps)

The Australian Dragon Boat Championships (AusChamps) is Australia’s premier Dragon Boating event in which clubs from all states compete against one another for the title of National Champion.

Day 1 boasts the battle of the best paddlers each State and Territory has to offer.
Days 2 and 3 is when the club crew Premier and Junior categories race for gold.
Days 3 and 4 will see Australian club senior crew categories – Australia’s most experienced paddlers – show us how it’s done.
