Have your say on the management of Nerang National Park

The Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS) has co-designed, in consultation with First Nations people, a draft management plan for the Nerang National Park, Nerang Conservation Park and Nerang State Forest.The draft plan sets the strategic direction for future management of the area. It defines the key natural, cultural, and social values of the area to ensure appropriate management and protection is provided.Accompanying the release of the draft management plan is a resource information document and a draft visitor strategy. The strategy outlines visitor zones and medium-term objectives for managing the area’s recreational opportunities (including mountain biking), visitor safety and visitor infrastructure.Community members are encouraged to review these documents and provide feedback by completing this ONLINE SURVERY.Alternatively, you can lodge a written submission:
