First intake open: QTIC’s Industry Workforce Advisor program

Workforce challenges are a significant concern for our industry and a key priority for QTIC. To support small businesses in addressing labour issues, we’re launching an Industry Workforce Advisor program.

Expressions of interest for the program’s first intake are now open and we’re inviting you and your business to get involved.

QTIC’s Industry Workforce Advisor, Adam Stephen, will be travelling throughout Queensland in 2023, working one-on-one with operators. Adam will help eligible businesses develop a tailored workforce plan, access new labour channels, expand recruitment strategies, and connect operators with grants and initiatives.

If you’re interested in taking advantage of this great program, we encourage you to avoid disappoint and express your interest early as the first intake is limited to 30 businesses.

If you have any questions regarding the QTIC Industry Workforce Advisor program or the expression of interest process, feel free to contact our Industry Workforce Advisor at Adam.Stephen@qtic.com.au or call 0431 229 131.
