Queensland Obesity Prevention Strategy 2022 –2032

Queensland Obesity Prevention Strategy 2022 –2032

Be part of the development of the new strategy

Posted on 03.07.2022

Health and Wellbeing Queensland (HWQld) are calling for community members from across Queensland to share their experiences, insights, thoughts and feedback as part of the development of the new Queensland Obesity Prevention Strategy 2022 –2032.

HWQld want to build on what Queensland is already doing to enable healthy weight and create new and bold actions to change the factors that promote unhealthy weight, and support those living with overweight and obesity.

They want to ensure that priorities and actions for the Queensland Strategy and Action Plan are informed by members of the community and reflect the diverse population and the communities where we live.

To get involved, simply visit https://hw.qld.gov.au/whats-happening/consultations/obesity-prevention-strategy and complete the short consultation survey.

The survey closes 11.59 pm, Wednesday 6 July.
