Calling all walkers, runners, rollers and strollers!

Queensland Walks Month is nearly here and we have an abundance of stories, videos, photos, events and more to share with you throughout August.

The theme of this year’s celebration is Walk Explore. We’re encouraging every body in every place to get out and about, to explore your neighbourhood, your town or city, and our great state.

Share your photos of walking in Queensland. We’ve partnered with Binna Burra Lodge to offer two nights accommodation (including breakfast) in the amazing Tiny Wild Houses in Lamington Park. All you have to do is upload your best walking photos here.

You can also upload a video telling us why you love walking, or make a Walks Month Bucket List for a chance to win. Prizes to be won!

As a subscriber to the Queensland Walks community, you’ll have first access to the content we’re sharing. So keep an eye on your inbox and don’t forget to follow us on social media.

Thanks for being part of the Queensland Walks journey.

Do you have a walk in August you would like to share or promote?
Get in contact with Queensland Walks to help promote you activity. Help is to encourage more Queenslanders to get involved in walking, running, rolling or strolling.
